GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

1.       Rates apply for single or double occupancy.

 

2.       Rates are based on a per night, per unit price, inclusive of Set American breakfast and likewise includes current government taxes and hotel dues.

 

3.       Check-In and Check-Out Time: Official check-in time is at 2:00pm and check-out is at 12:00nn. Early arrivals and late check-out are subject to space availability and subject to corresponding charges.

 

4.       Children Policy: Children below 12 years old sharing bed and amenities with parents are free of charge. Maximum of (2) child per unit.

 

5.       Modification Policy: Modification 1 day(s) before check-in date will be charged for the first night of the reservation.

 

6.       Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of equivalent to 50% of the room charge/s will be charged to the guest if cancellation is made 6 to 1 day before the reserved date. The said cancellation fee may be deducted from any pre-payment and any remaining amount may be credited to any future booking.

 

A cancellation fee of equivalent to 100% of the room charge/s will be charged to the guest if the cancellation is made on the day of the reserved date. There shall be no refund for any pre-payment made, and no offsetting for any booking will be entertained.

 

7.       No-Show Policy: A no-show fee equivalent to the room charge/s will be charged for a no-show guest. No refund or offsetting will be entertained.

 

8.       Security deposit: Hotel requires security deposit upon check-in per room.
